  1. Idk why but my pin no longer works, and i know its right because it is the same on my other phone, which it still works on. It's like the phone changed the pin on its own!

  2. thank you so much for this simple tutorial. after awakening this morning to find my s7 would no longer accept my swipe pattern I was in a panic. this video helped me to easily reset my phone (this time with a password!) and get back to my life minus all the hours to reload lost info. thanks again!!!

  3. I am so grateful for your tutorial. My grandchildren locked my new phone of only 2 days trying to unlock it with their fingerprint and locked it down. I heard that it was going to take up to 72 hours to unlock. Thank you.

  5. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! If it weren't for this tutorial I would've had to spend 2 hours (at the very least) in the nearest Sprint store having this problem rectified. I know this first hand because I've already gone there which is how I came up with that time frame. Therefore, you can count me in as your newest loyal subscriber! Thanks again!

  6. Thank you didnt know how to get into my recovery on this particular device, as I have not had a Galaxy S* phone before. For some reason the system forgot my pin, and made it so I couldnt do things.
