They reuploaded this because in the first upload he said you could use coal or charcoal instead of hardwood; a viewer pointed out this is incredibly unsafe as they don't burn hot enough to produce an updraft and could lead to carbon monoxide poisoning (ie death). They've removed that recommendation.

  2. They probably had another problem like the easy microwave caramelized garlic oil. That time people just burnt their garlic, this time people were burning down their houses lol.
