. – Safe mode allows you to turn on the device with third-party apps disabled. Then you can easily remove all apps that maybe causing a conflict or a software problem.
. – First way to enter Safe mode, pres the power off button. From the Power off menu, tab and hold “Power off” option, until you see “Reboot to safe mode” menu.
. – Second way – turn off the phone. Turn it on and when you see the Xperia logo, press and hold the volume down button until the phone load Safe mode.
. – To get out of the safe mode, simply turn off and turn on the device.

. – To enter into Test menu, open the Dealer app and enter this code: *#*#7378423#*#*
. – From here you can test Cameras, Microphones, Loudspeakers, Earpiece, Touchscreen, Display, GPS, Accelerometer, Proximity switch, Pressure sensor, Compass, Gyroscope, etc. Also you can find information for the Firmware, SIM lock status, Working bands, etc., and do a Factory reset (Reset customization).

  1. hi there, my z1 always in red signal for the battery, even tho if I charge it, still in 80+% of battery and I cant open it unless its in charge,

I have an xperia z3+dual i faced a problem . while it was updating on the computer i plug it out in mistake i lost my last software and the device won't work it . i need to put the device on the flash tool but i don't know how to know my model number to download the software from the internet ,please can you help

  3. Hello just watch this and I have situation maybe you can help me.
    My Z1 easy and quickly overheats, I sent to repair and did nothing, it still overheats, this started to happen just a year after I bought it before that I could listen to music for hours and now it rarely reach one hour before it shutdowns after overheating, in a way it goes from 20ºC to over 40ºC in just that period while listening to music.
    I have optimizing and cooling apps and barely does anything, so I ask if you have any idea why this happens?
