Today’s Tech Question: What version of Android are you running?

  1. 4.1.2 Galaxy SIII 4G (i9305) As soon as the 4.2 SIII beta is ported to the i9305, that's what I'll be running. I'd still rather be running Eclair than the latest iOS though, there would still be more features and customization.

My previous phone was an original Galaxy S. It was released running Eclair (2.1), but I continuously updated it all the way from 2.1 through to 4.1 before I upgraded to my current phone. If I still had my S1, it would be running 4.2.2

  2. That apple chart is faulty considering that you cannot get anything from the app store if you're on a device that runs IOS 4.01 or lower. I'm pretty sure a lot of people still use their old devices like the iphone 3gs or ipod touch 2nd and 3rd generation, only they can't get anything from the app store because they stop supporting those devices a while ago.
