  1. From what I read in the specs while shopping for this at the T-Mobile site, it said water RESISTANT. I've been waiting for a cell worth upgrading to. People seem to be going back and forth as to weather its actually water proof or really just water resistant

  2. Everyrtime i tried recording underwater the water would start pressing on buttons and start switching between apps or stop the recording, how do i fix this ?

  3. Should you be taking it in the water regularly like showering with it every day or taking pictures underwater is that Okay or naw. haven't put mine in water yet don't think I will on purpose I go to the beach allot so I figure if it gets in by accident no worries. But its not exactly a rubber ducky now is it?

  4. Water borne Disease paralyzed world’s most publicized waterproof phoneAre you surprised, please don’t be, Amazing but true, this happened with me, my Z2 phone started misbehaving after updating it from Lollipop to Marshmallow recently. As soon as it was updated the touchscreen and microphone became partially defunct and the authorised service station engineer says this is a water seeping problem, and it can be cured only by replacing the display screen & probably mic also, and the reason for dysfunction reported by them is water.
I am al a loss to understand, if this is a waterproof phone, which can withstand swimming pool photography & Havans.

  5. DONT get fooled by the "water resistance" false advertisement. I had got my phone 2 days prior to our family vacation, decided to test the phone in the pool, had phone literally 5 secs took it out, phone was super hot, messaged appeared and said overheating. We put it under some shade to let it dry/cool down. Phone NEVER WORKED again! Called T-Mobile telling them what happened & T-Mobile gave me the excuse that its "water resistance" not waterproof. Contacted Samsung & was told the same thing! False advertisement & no one wants to take fault for what they are advertising. Went 1 wk without my phone during vacation because I had to wait 15days to FILE A INSURANCE CLAIM since I had just purchased the phone 2 days prior! Has anyone had this happened to them? This is crap  & I'm extremely pissed off I had to put out an additional $175 for a deductible. TMOBILE & SAMSUNG should back up what they advertise. Everyone I have spoken to even sales rep from different store locations tells me the same thing it can be under water for 30 min no more than 5 feet. Well then explain WTH happened to my phone???????

  6. we get it its fucking wster resistant not that impressive. let us know when the phone can stop a bullet and look just as good as it did in the box then we'll be impressed. most people have busted ass phones thats why and if you put your phone in water knowing its not resistant then youre a fucking idiot
