Sony Xperia Z5 Review! – They’ve done it, finally.

Finally, Sony have released a phone worthy of being considered on of the best. Featuring the Omnibalance design they’re famous for but now refined being powered by the Snapdragon 810 which works well unlike it’s effect on Sony’s previous efforts – the Sony Xperia Z3+. This time we have a completely new Exmor RS (for mobile) Sensor featuring 23MP with a wide (24mm) lens. Craziness. This is topped off by a great fingerprint sensor which future proofs this phone. Only thing it’s missing is USB Type-C.

A great screen, great audio options, fantastic fingerprint reader, one hell of a camera a fast and a fluid experience with an upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow promised soon – this is one great phone to consider.

  1. except it overheats to the point that the phone even lags when trying to scroll a webpage. the front camera goes blue and has heavy noise showing up on the screen when the lighting is less than bright.

  2. I've always been a Sony fan boy and all my devices have been a Sony , until recently when I made the switch last year buy man after watching your review I found my love for Sony again and got myself one!! thanks mate!!

  3. Very Tiff Needell Top Gear like review. A bit bias based on your obvious love of sony products, but a very indepth. Obviously put a lot of work in to it well done, I'll subscribe.

  4. Wow an honest review, nice work. I've been a samsung user since the S3. I'm currently using an s5 mini as I prefer smaller sized phones. However I'm currently looking at an upgrade and your review has really got me considering the Z5. Like you I want good audio output as I listen to a lot of music and I also want enough RAM to prevent the phone from glitching and freezing, something my s5 mini is prone to doing. Man you got me thinking……..
