Samsung issues July security update in India for Galaxy S6, S7, and edge versions


Here is a surprising news for Samsung lovers who live in India that while there are only a few days left to unveil Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 on 2nd of August, this South Korean company has begun revealing another update on its Galaxy S7 and S6 and additionally its edge variations in India. The upgrade, which incorporates Android security patches for the month of July, knocks the security patch level to July 1.

Furthermore, tipping the scales at around 104MB for the Galaxy S7 and 100MB for the Galaxy S7 edge, the update has a build number of XXU1APGF.
