  1. I gotta say this is bullshit, i use all samsung galaxy devices and work in industrial conditions. To include at times laying on or putting severe loads on the device and have never had a screen crack not even on my note 3 … try pressing to button in the middle like its intended and not like a tard . Its obvious you pressed it with your thumb and you're right handed, over enforce the left hand side…. Just my observation

  2. You as the customer should't have to pay £15 a month or an extra £180 per year for something your already paying for. The phone after all has Gorilla glass it should be bomb proof but it isn't, they crack.

  3. Until Samsung admit there is an issue with this phone, which they wont, then the networks like O2, Vodafone etc won't do anything about it.
    Try Sale of goods act (1979) an item should be fit for the purpose it intended to do,if it doesnt or breaks within that period i believe they have to act in your favour.

  4. If your in the UK, get in touch with them, all contact details in another video ive made called call to samsung executive office.
    Good luck, so far i've tried O2 (network provider) + Samsung (manufacturer) and both state this;
    There are no known issues with this phone! They say we have never heard anything about the screen cracking BS

  5. I'm having the same issue through my Vodafone contract but its my under screen that's cracked with no external damage what so ever. Any suggestions on how to deal with the problem? Been on the phone for hours with no resolution

  6. Well I am amazed – S3 came back via carphone warehouse fakenham where I bought it untouched – talked them through my experience and referred them to youtube -THEY PAID FOR THE REPAIR thank you CPW – no thanks to samsung.

  7. Oh my god… this could have been a picture of my phone. … exact same thing. .. exactly the same place. No damage to the phone anywhere else. Looks like I am goibg to have a fight on my hanfs with Samsung after looking at this

  8. Screen just faded over 3 days. Always in protective case in my pocket, no damage. No joy with carphone warehouse and clearly no future in going to Samsung DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. I hear Nokia screens are well made.

  9. IVE MADE A NEW VIDEO OF A CALL I MADE TO THEIR EXECUTIVE HEAD OFFICE IN THE UK –
    Please watch it to see all info you will need to try and make a claim when your Galaxy S3 screen cracks, that's if they answer the phone, even if they do, they won't want anything to do with your broken S3 screen, worst customer service I've ever experienced.

  10. Well, you can't blame Samsung for something YOU did by accident. I just dropped my Galaxy S3 today at the movies by accident, and since I have insurance for it, I can get the damn thing replaced/fixed. So if your phone has insurance, you shouldn't have trouble getting it sent to be replaceeld/fixed.
