Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) will publically launch its iOS 4.1 Wednesday, complete with the company’s gaming network, Game Center, new iTunes features, HD video uploading and new camera and picture updates. Jobs discussed iOS 4.1 last week at Apple’s special event, where several new devices and features were unveiled, including new iPod nanos, iPod shuffles, iPod touches, Apple TV, and iTunes 10, with Apple’s first foray into social networking, Ping. iOS 4.1 will reportedly fix proximity sensor issues for iPhone 4 users, and will resolve lagging iPhone 3G performance.
