iOS 9.3.2 BETA 4 IS NOW UP | Apple drops iPhone 4S? | About Jailbreak
iOS 9.3.2 BETA 4 comes as probably the last update for iOS 9.3.x before Apple introduces iOS 10 this June during the WWDC 16 and most likely drops the iPhone 4S support as it became obsolete.
This update basically fixes the Game Center issue with which Apple struggles since iOS 9.3.2 Beta 2 and basically has some minor enhancements as well as graphical fixes before releasing the final iOS 9.3.2 for general public.

We are not recommending you to update as you can’t downgrade back and if you are on a Jailbroken device, you should stay with your version as updating will make you lose the Jailbreak and all your Cydia Tweaks.
