32 Comments on HTC 10 vs Huawei Mate 8 4GB RAM – Speed Test Comparison Review!

  1. The mate is 1080p ijs imagine the 820 chip running int the htc M8 with 1080 that would be hellafast that chipset in the mate is comparable to the 820 so if it were qhd it wouldnt be as fast you do know that but anyway test the mate with the S7 snapdragon version

  2. Yeah lets just ignore the difference in screen resolution. The mate is
only 1080p whereass the HTC 10 is 1440p. This makes a big difference esp
in games, as the gpu has to render alot more pixels.

  3. Ya know, I ran Antutu and Geekbench 3 6 times back to back one after the other and never got a score that low. The lowest single core that I got was 2031 and lowest multicore score I got was 4987 after the 6th go around on Geekbench the average was around 2090 SC and 5130 MC, same with Antutu the highest Antutu score I got was 138,142 and lowest was 132,477.. somehow you either got a defective HTC 10, or that bench is skewed to favor the Mate 8.

Secondly, real world usage doesn't involve opening apps up just one time. look up the speed test by Speedbuff showing the S7 Edge against the HTC 10. The 10 loses the first round, but the second go around the 10 demolishes the S7 Edge. It's all about RAM management, which the 10 does rather well. I do own both the 10 and the S7 Edge and I can say in day to day usage the 10 blows it put of the water. So, I call bs on how you're testing the phones.

  4. I bought Huawei Mate 8 when I travel in China two months ago and I love it,the unlock version can easy access all USA, China and Taiwan all 9 service provider and good on all frequency on 4G,3G,2G.(that's the reason I bought Huawei)but if you go abroad with HTC you usually can't get connect with 4G because it doesn't provide the local band.

  5. what's sad is the multitasking capabilities of android phones.or the extremely poor memory management, devices with 4gb of ram and yet no capable of holding apps in RAM. ios with 2gb of RAM make android useless.
