  1. Hi Anders

Thanks for getting in touch. The best way to block calls on the Sony Xperia Z is to download an app such as Root Call Blocker from the Google Play Store. This will give you the option to block unwanted calls to your device.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

  3. Hi there.

The best thing to do would be to contact T-Mobile directly and consult them on this. As you have a 4G enabled phone then you should be able to access the higher speeds providing you have the proper connections, so just double check with them that they do indeed offer 4G speeds.

Hope this helps, please let us know how you get on.

  4. Hi there

Sorry to hear about your 4G issues. Okay, first up where are you based? Although 4G is spreading across the country at a rapid rate there are still several areas where it is not available so it is worth checking that out first. Secondly, just check within Settings and then Network to ensure that your handset is ready to receive 4G.
Let me know how you get on.

    Thanks

  5. Hey there

Excellent question. Okay, the first way to block calls on any Android device is to head into the Contact within your address book, tap the Menu and then Options. From here select to send all calls to voicemail. Another option is a free aftermarket app such as Call Blocker or Call Control, which offer highly customisable call block options.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks
