  1. Hi MJ

Thank you for the question, sorry to hear about the issue with your device. Unfortunately it sounds like there may be an issue with your device, so the best course of action would be to contact your handset issuer.

  2. Hey there

Sorry to hear about the issue with your BlackBerry device. Without actually looking at your specific handset it is difficult to diagnose the issue here. As such the best course of action would be to contact your handset issuer and raise the problem with them.

    Thanks

  3. Hi! I'm using a BB 9360. I have it on OS7. But I'm planning to update it to 7.1. Instructions to update have said to go to options > device > software updates but the problem is that the software updates button is missing. Please help!

  4. Hey elino

Okay, to access software updates on your device head into Options, Device and then Software Updates. Of course, if your handset is fully up to date then there will be only software updates to download and you are fine to continue using your handset as normal.

    Hope this helps.

  5. Hi there ishita

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the issue with your device. There may be a number of reasons for your problem, but to try and remove any simple bugs first of all simply remove the battery from the device. After a couple of minutes replace the battery and switch the phone back on. Also, make sure that your software is fully up to date to avoid any software glitches.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks

  8. Hi Lily.

Unfortunately because BlackBerry 10 was such a big step forward for the company, devices running older software versions will not be able to upgrade to the new platform.

    Sorry about this.
