Lisa Gade gives you a quick look at the most significant new features in the upcoming Android N operating system for smartphones and tablets. Android N comes after Marshmallow 6.0 and it’s so new that Google doesn’t have a name for it yet. We used the Nexus 6P for the first look.

  1. that double tap to switch to the last app looks great! there is an app that does that but it doesn't work half the time so i had to rig up tasker, secure settings and autoinput just to get it to do the same thing. so much effort for something that should have been built in to android a long time ago :)

  2. We already have split screen on on lg and samsung the other shit who cares I see no must have user features why can't android give us 10 features at a time at least instead of a handful at a time

  3. Goddammit, Google. Why the fuck are they already working on Android N if 90% of Android devices out there are not even on Marshmellow yet? Fuck! It seems that they want to entice people into buying their in-house Nexus devices (which receive very fast updates) instead.

  4. Got this on my N6P and may revert back. The features are pretty cool but the notification panel Blends in way too much and it's hard to distinguish notifications. Also for some odd reason it no longer puts an active phone call at the top.

  5. Lisa, I love your videos! You're awesome and please keep up the great work!
Ps. I am from Frisco, TX so when I see your reviews and see the weather widgets location of Plano, I feel right at home. wooohoooo
